Description: Mapa dos Limites Municipais do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, elaborado pela Divisão de Geografia e Cartografia - DGC do Departamento de Planejamento Governamental da Secretaria de Planejamento, Governança e Gestão- SPGG. Tem como fonte a base cartográfica matricial da DSG, fornecida pelo1ºCGEO, escala 1:50.000 referenciada ao EPSG 4326-WGS 84 e posteriormente reprojetado ao sistema de referencia espacial Sirgas 2000, EPSG 4674. Os limites municipais, tem como origem a base oficial de dados históricos, documentais/legais e cartográficos, dos 497 municípios que compõem o território gaúcho, consolidados através do convênio Arquivo Gráfico Municipal - AGM em parceria com o Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística - IBGE, e atualizado pela Divisão de Geografia e Cartografia do Estado até o ano de 2021.
